Canon claims that this higher price is partly due to their all-in-one cartridge that contains the drum, toner and cleaning units. As far as text prints are concerned, it gives superb results as laser printers are perfect for that. Letters come out perfectly dry, crisp and don’t bleed. The LBP3010 has better results with graphics and photos, even though it prints only in B&W. Gradients and contrasts come out really well.

Verdict:
Canon i-SENSYS LBP3010 Laser Printer is a good choice for people who are looking for good quality text and graphics, quiet print mechanism, all-in-one cartridge and multi driver supported printer. It takes no time to warm up from sleep mode which allows us to print straight away. Canon’s Quick First-Print technology has to be thanked for this feature which indeed will save our time on the first page. Some disappointing areas are cost per page which is slightly above the average price and also starter toner is rated at just 700 pages. It is slightly slower when compared with similar group of laser printers and moreover, it has no wireless or Ethernet connectivity.
